Manor Vets appears set up for routine preventive care and common procedures (vaccinations, microchipping, spaying), with an option for a monthly pet plan/“Pet Health Club” that owners say bundles ongoing treatments. Recent reviewers repeatedly mention a clean reception area, staff answering questions clearly, and pets being kept calm with treats and fuss at check-in. One recent review also describes a serious billing dispute after an overnight hospitalisation (including a blood test and multiple medications), where the final bill was higher than an initial estimate and the account was passed to debt collection.

I’ve had my rabbit and cat registered at Manor Vets (Kent Road) for over 5 years now. The team are all wonderful, from the receptionists to the vets. Their pet plan is amazing and good value for money in my opinion. My pets have been spayed and microchipped there and have their annual vaccinations, health checks and any treatments like fly strike, flea and worming all included in the monthly payment. They have a thorough health check that’s done with care, they give great advice if you need and appointments are easy to book online or over the phone. I’m really happy with their service and the cat and rabbit are always chilled at their appointments too!

I gave 5 star for Susan . She is the great human being and a very good veterinarian. My cat lived for 5 years because she saved him when all the vets in Birmingham disappointed me . Their service is great but depends as some young girls are very unprofessional and judgmental. I didn’t have great experience with them in the end because the cat they saved died to kidney failure.it was one night hospitalised and they prescribed him more than 3 medications and bill were £1500 .I disputed this because they said hospital charges will be £500 to £700 One blood test £180 And £1500 was not appropriate. I paid what I felt was engine but they passed me to debt collection and debt collection charged me £1900 I paid about 1400 still paying rest £500.

I have been taking our cockerpoo Luna to Manor vets for the last 4 yrs & can honestly say I have always had a lovely welcome from the reception staff, they give lil treats to Luna & make a fuss of her too. The reception area is always clean when we visit. Both vets & nursing staff are all very helpful, polite & approachable, they explain everything about treatment & costs which is useful eventhough I joined Pet Health Club which is great value for money especially when our Luna needs long term medication & small discounts on the toys is Luna's best feature of the Pet Health Club aha! I wouldn't want to take our Luna anywhere else. Thank you for always looking after Luna much appreciated.
